ALL OF THE WORKOUTS! THEY HAVE HAPPENED THIS WEEK!

5 straight days of Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred.

11.5 miles ran.

24.5 miles biked.

6 more miles to be ran Sunday, and biking 2.5 miles to my house tomorrow to eat dinner with my parents. 

(And somehow, despite the fact I’m tracking my calories too, I have lost zero pounds. BODY, WHY YOU DO ME LIKE THIS?)

You know what’s better than working out?

Making a new workout playlist and getting super pumped to run/bike/do abs to it.

I have forgotten how nice it is to wake up and be sore all over and remember, “Oh yeah. I worked really hard to feel this achey.”

6 mile run Sunday. Two mile run yesterday, followed by the first ab workout I’ve done in ages. It hurts to move. But in a good way.
